Mindful Moments in Slow Stitches

Discover slow stitching to disconnect from the rush (or busyness) of every day life and enjoy taking your time to create, without pressure.

In this workshop, participants are invited to explore simple hand stitching techniques, using leftover fabric scraps and embellishments to piece together their own unique textile pieces. Our focus is not on producing a β€œperfect” end product,  but on mindful making to support a calm state of flow.
